Description
The National Museum of Science and History was opened in 1969. It was created to provide the history of our nations Nuclear program. It was originally located on Kirtland Air Force Base, but because of Security changes and the publics ability to have base access, was moved off base.
New Mexico Millwright was contracted to relocate the National Museum of Nuclear Science and History to its new location which included moving de-weaponized rockets, missiles, submarines, exhibits, and airplanes.
