Justin R. Danella - President

I originally started in the millwright business in 2006. I have 18 years of experience with precision moving and installations of heavy equipment as well as, continued education in the millwright business.

Several years ago I purchased New Mexico Millwright, Inc. and am now the President, maintaining the same standard of excellence with all our customers. My focus has remained the same as my predecessor in that we focus on precision installations, project management and financial management, promoting a safety conscience mindset, professionalism and relationships with our customers. I require that all employees of New Mexico Millwright be able to obtain and retain an L clearance and various job/site specific training.

New Mexico Millwright’s first customers were Kirkland Air Force Base, Sandia National Labs, and GE Aircraft Manufacturing Group, which we continue to serve. Over time, New Mexico Millwright, Inc. grew its customer base to service various industries across the state of New Mexico with millwright specific services.

I have been married for 15 years and have two wonderful children. My devoted wife Melinda is a well established cosmetologist with a huge clientele and is my pillar of support. My daughter Jade loves God and animals, and my son Luke loves playing sports which includes baseball, football and basketball. My family is extremely important to me and is my greatest achievement. I consider my employees an extension of my family, and I intend to keep it that way. I know that happy employees make for productive working relationships with our customers and stability for the company.
